Buying a home and moving to your desired location can be a wonderfully exciting time, but let’s be honest, selling the house you live in is extraordinarily stressful. Simply put, it sucks. But I have to say, with Mike Rein quarterbacking the process, things just work. From start to finish, from staging to closing, Mike was outstanding. And I think the real measure of an agent’s skill is when things don’t go as planned (and there is always some anomaly that needs to be worked out in the process). That’s where Mike’s years of experience and knowledge of the local market truly shine. Mike can hit the curveball. He is optimistic, all be it truthful, and is exceptionally good at what he does. OH MY GOSH Mike Rein went above and beyond what any other real estate broker would do for a client. I keep telling him that our meeting was strictly divine intervention. Michael was the ultimate professional throughout the process of listing and selling my home. He evaluated my home's condition, advised on some minor repairs and provided a contractor to make these modest improvements. Once the listing was activated, he monitored and updated me on all viewings and customer feedback through and including the final offer and acceptance. My sale closed on April 14th and Michael stopped by my new home to congratulate me and drop off my settlement check (rather than my having to visit the attorney's office to procure payment). Selling one’s home is inevitably a daunting, seemingly overwhelming challenge, but having Michael and Blake at our side throughout the process offered reassurance, support, optimism and yes, many laughs along the way.
